The Canon eStore is intended for customers purchasing products for personal or small office/home office use. Orders are limited to no more than ten of any one item. Canon eStore Pricing The prices advertised on this site are for Canon eStore orders only. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any promotions offered on the Canon eStore are only available for purchases made at the Canon eStore unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for typographical or photographical errors. Fees, Taxes & Tax Exempt Purchasing Prior to submitting your payment information, you will have the opportunity to review product prices, sales tax, and shipping and handling charges. Sales tax is charged on all orders, except for orders being shipped to Montana, New Hampshire, Delaware, Oregon and certain localities in Alaska. If you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, please call 1-800-385-2155 and speak to a Canon eStore representative. We will take your order and make sure your status is reflected with your purchase. Payment Options The Canon eStore accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. You must use a U.S. credit card with U.S. billing and shipping addresses. Your card will not be charged until your order ships. If your card expires before the order is shipped, we will notify you and ask you to enter the credit card number again with the new expiration date. You may also pay by check by calling our Canon eStore Customer Service Department at 1-800-385-2155. Order Confirmation and Cancellation The Canon eStore reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Order Confirmation, Backorder Notification and Shipment Confirmation are sent via e-mail to the e-mail address you used to create a Canon eStore account. We assume no responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations, or e-mail notification failure. All orders are electronically transferred to the fulfillment center at the time they are placed, and they cannot be cancelled by you (except backordered items that have not yet shipped- for details click here). Shipping and Handling The shipping and handling charge is intended to compensate Canon USA for the cost of handling your order, packaging the product(s) you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or to the recipient(s) you designate. Prior to submitting your payment information, you will have the opportunity to review the applicable shipping and handling charge. The Canon eStore ships merchandise to street addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Click here for complete information on shipping options and charges. The Canon eStore only accepts billing and shipping addresses in the United States. We cannot ship orders to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes, and we no longer ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
