Setting up a Canon eStore Account

If you are not yet a Canon eStore member, follow these steps below to set up your account:

  1. From the login page, click the link to setup a new account. You will be taken to the Account Profile page.
  2. Enter your contact information, including your e-mail address (which will be your Canon eStore ID), a password and reminder question and your billing information.
  3. Once you have entered and verified all of your information, click the "Continue" button to continue shopping in the store, or checkout.
Updating your Account Information

You can update your contact and billing information in the Account Information section of the Canon eStore. If you have not yet logged in, enter your Canon eStore ID and password and click "Login."

From the Account Information page, select Update Your Account Information. You may change your password question, contact and billing information. Changes to shipping information may be made in the checkout process. Once you have entered your new contact information, click the "Submit" button to continue shopping.

Changing your Password

For security, we recommend that you periodically change your Canon eStore password. To change your password, click on the Account Info button at the top of any page in the Canon eStore. Click on the "Change Password" link on the Account Information page to go to the Change Password page. If you have not yet logged into the store, enter your ID and password, click "Login," and you will be taken to the Account Information page. To change your password, simply type in your new password into the field provided and click "OK." Your password will then be changed.

Reviewing your Past Orders

You may review all past orders from the Order Status page. Simply click the "Order Status" button at the top of any page in the Canon eStore and you will be taken to a listing of all orders you have placed in the last year. If you have not yet logged into the store, enter your Canon eStore ID and password and click "Login."

Each listing shows the order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and the total charges. By clicking on an order number you can view the details of the order - including the items included and the tracking numbers (if the order has been shipped).

By clicking on the tracking number for your order you will be taken directly to the shipment tracking information on the FedEx Web site. From this page you can see exactly where your shipment is in the delivery process.

Order Status Terms:

Credit Failed
There has been a problem processing your order with the credit card you provided during checkout. Call our Canon eStore representatives toll-free at 1-800-385-2155.

Warehoused
Your order has been sent to our fulfillment center, but has not yet shipped.

Shipped
Your order has been sent out and is on its way to you. To view the tracking numbers for the shipment, click on the order number.

Backorder
Some or all of the items in the order are not currently available. Please see Backordered Items on the Shopping & Buying page for details on backorder items.
